Government guidelines on outdoor sports changes from tomorrow (at last!) meaning we can now offer outdoor session again....hoooraayy!
As it's been so long since we actually played badminton or took part in any form of exercise, we have devised some 1 hour fitness sessions with a badminton theme to get us fit and ready to play for when we can return indoors.
Excuse the cheesy name but Fitminton sessions are a mix of fun cardio, flexibility and strength training based around the key fitness requirements to play badminton.
