ADVANCED SESSIONS
If you are currently playing Division 1 League Badminton or above then the Advanced Sessions are perfect for you. Individuals that book onto these sessions should have a very specific area they would like to refine to improve their game. Focus will be on intensity and pressure to push players to an advanced level of play.
This could include:

Intense movement drills

Intense Attacking/Defence Drills

Advance doubles movement

Tactics and strategy
-
Specific shot improvement

Doubles movement practice with partner
Ideal Booking For:

Division 1 League Badminton or above
-
Practice as 1 or 2 players is ideal
**If required feather shuttles can be used at additional cost**
