A 1 hour cardio workout session with a badminton theme, we call it FITMINTON!


This session is for any skill level and is a mixture of fun games, circuits, running and hitting a shuttle that will have you leaving the court with a smile on your face and a good sweat on too. 


We can accomodate up to 6 players to every 1 hour session. 


Every Monday 7-8pm!
