A 1 hour cardio workout session with a badminton theme, we call it FITMINTON!
As we are still unable to play indoors, this session will be held on the field next to the Richard Herrod Centre in Carlton.
This session is for any skill level and is a mixture of fun games, circuits, running and hitting a shuttle that will have you leaving the court with a smile on your face and a good sweat on too.
We can accomodate up to 6 players to every 1 hour session.
Every Monday 6-7pm!
