Train At Home Exercises


The hardest challenge when we return to play will be returning our bodies back to being badminton fit. Even if you are regularly running or cycling, you won't be stretching the muscles or replicating the movements you would be playing badminton.


These 6 simple at home exercises will work the main muscles used to play badminton and hopefully help injury prevention when you get back on court.


Make the exercises as intense as your fitness will allow.
